Kusa Mochi
Is a mochi ( rice cake ) made with mugwort and leaves of leaf mustard ( Takana ). There are two kinds of Kusa Mochi recipes. One is made by mixing⋅and⋅pounding mugwort⋅with⋅the steamed mochi ( rice cake ). Another way is by kneading white rice flour and mixing it with chopped mugwort.⋅ It was called "Kusa mochi" in Edo ( Ancient Tokyo ). And in Kyoto, it was called "Yomogi mochi"
